Vision is important to any and every local fellowship Just as it is to any organized entity. Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law.” This familiar passage speaks of the importance of vision, or the revelation of God’s will as it was revealed to the prophets of old. But it is just as important today as it was back then. Without vision, or God’s revealed will to man, we stumble along unrestrained in our lives and unsure of our ways.
The following vision points pertain to Living Walls Fellowship and those who are in covenant partnership with it. We strongly believe in covenant partnership which is a deeper commitment than the average church membership. In covenant partnership, an individual is an “owner” the vision and is an active partner in seeing the vision accomplished. That person also recognizes the importance and the need for spiritual authority, allowing leadership to govern the spiritual atmosphere of the fellowship as the Holy Spirit leads. Although the vision is still developing, the following
vision points provide the basics, or the foundation, for the larger vision that continues to develop. Our prayer is that you will be challenged and inspired as you read, and that you will allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart concerning your possible place as a covenant partner.
